The Frightening Tornado

WALT-describe the meaning of our class mural.

The mural represents the four values which are Whanaungatanga,Tukumarie,Manakitanga,Rangimarie.

Also  our school is near Maungerei(Mount Wellington) and the Tamaki River which represents it is near our school.

On top of the water is a shiny yellow learning koru that represents English, art, language, mathematics, sciences, social technology and health physical education which will help us become bright thinkers.

Our hibiscus represents all of the pacific people in our awesome classroom that is neat and tidy.

The symbol we choose to represent Whanaungatanga is children holding hand because it represents that we be friends with other cultures.

The handshake represents that we show love and tolerance to others.

The awesome looking peace sign represents that we are a peaceful school who do not fight and we look at the world with kindness.

We painted the the red koru red to represent that we love each other with respect.

The back round colour represents that all room 7 people are calm at all time.
